Return Policy

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original order date.

Before you return a product, please make sure that you contact us first and that product is undamaged. Check product for damage and discrepancies and contact us immediately.

We must be contacted within 10 days of delivery for all returns. Only complete returns are accepted. We do not take partial returns due to the nature of our product. There will be %25 restocking fee applied for returns, which have no defects or missing parts.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Specially marked sale/closeout items can not be returned or funded.

Samples are non-returnable/non-refundable

Handmade/Specialty items

All handmade items which are designed and made by us, are non-refundable! These custom-made items are created at our own shop, made to order. We take pride in our MADE IN USA products. Specialty tiles are non-returnable!

Return Fraud

There are numerous ways customers can defraud a merchant through the return process. We take every claim seriously and review all requests on a timely and professional manner. We offer refunds and accept returns as long as claims are not deceptive, or unfair to merchant return policy. False and misleading claims about a product page and description of an item are a misuse of the policy and not tolerated.
